Put a Face on a Shirt

Choose the right product and design
Decide whether the shirt should feature a portrait alone or a portrait with a short message. A recognizable expression often works better than a distant face in a group photo. For party shirts, agree on one garment style and gather sizes before ordering so the group uses a consistent design.
Prepare your photo or artwork
Start with a front-facing photo in even light. Avoid sunglasses, strong filters and screenshots from a small social-media thumbnail. Leave space around the head so the crop can be adjusted. After background removal, check hair, glasses and the edge of the face for accidental cuts.
Plan shipping and your gift date
For a face shirt meant for a party, choose an in-hand date before the gathering so you can inspect the shirt first. The selected product page provides the estimate to review with your destination. A funny caption still needs a spelling check; avoid rushing that step to meet the party date. Local delivery, same-day printing and event-date arrival are not implied by this guide.
Check the preview before ordering
Keep the joke or name readable at shirt size. A short line below the portrait is easier to follow than text scattered around the face. Check that the subject is comfortable with the image being used, especially when ordering for a group. Review every variant you add to the cart.
