Choose the right product and design
Start with something the recipient will use. A mug avoids apparel sizing, while a shirt or hoodie suits someone who enjoys wearing their cat's portrait. For small products, use one clear picture and a short name rather than squeezing several photos into the print area.
Prepare your photo or artwork
Choose a photo taken near a window so fur patterns and eye color remain clear. Keep whiskers and ears inside the frame. For two cats, make sure both faces are visible at the final print size. Inspect background removal carefully around fine fur.
Plan shipping and your gift date
A cat lover’s gift may be a birthday present or an ordinary keepsake with no fixed deadline. Decide which applies before choosing the product and reviewing its arrival estimate. If you are ordering several gifts, keep the cat’s name, photo and recipient attached to each design. Check the destination and shipping total at checkout; a shared image does not establish identical delivery timing across products.
Check the preview before ordering
Compare the image against the product color and background. Dark fur can disappear against a dark shirt, while tiny lettering can be lost on a small keepsake. Preview each product independently and check the shipping address if it is going straight to the recipient.

What if the order is printed incorrectly? The store's print-error policy covers print and placement mistakes on our side. Send a photo within 30 days for a reprint or refund; customer-selected sizing, color and artwork are excluded.
