Choose the right product and design
Compare the mug capacities and the printable area shown for each option. One large image keeps the design simple; several photographs need enough space that faces remain recognizable. A short name or date can add context without overwhelming the picture.
Prepare your photo or artwork
Use the original PNG or JPG and avoid enlarging a small screenshot. Check the important parts of the picture at the intended size. A landscape photo may need a different crop from a portrait. If removing the background, inspect the subject's outline before placing it on the mug.
Plan shipping and your gift date
For photo mugs, choose the exact size and accent color before reviewing the product’s arrival estimate. If mugs are going to different homes, each destination matters when planning delivery. An order for a family gathering also needs time for the organizer to inspect and distribute the mugs after receipt. Review the checkout total and address rather than assuming shipping is included in the displayed product price.
Check the preview before ordering
Review where the image sits in relation to the handle and design boundaries. Keep text inside the supported print area and away from important facial details. Read the care instructions for the selected product; do not assume all drinkware has identical care requirements.

What if the order is printed incorrectly? The store's print-error policy covers print and placement mistakes on our side. Send a photo within 30 days for a reprint or refund; customer-selected sizing, color and artwork are excluded.
