Choose the right product and design
Compare the available hoodie styles and size charts before placing your design. A pullover front has a different usable area from a zip style, where a zipper can divide artwork. Use the printable area shown by the selected product rather than assuming the entire front is available.
Prepare your photo or artwork
Choose an image with sharp eyes and a clear outline. Leave ears and paws inside the frame when you want them in the print. Background removal is useful for a portrait, while a complete scene may be better kept as a photo rectangle. Check the edges of dark fur after making a cutout.
Plan shipping and your gift date
A photo hoodie needs both artwork approval and a fit decision. Finish those choices before checking the arrival estimate for the selected style and destination. If it is a seasonal gift, compare the estimate with your preferred gift date rather than only with the start of colder weather. A hoodie estimate should not be borrowed from the dog-shirt listing; they are different products.
Check the preview before ordering
Keep the artwork inside the displayed print area and away from seams or pocket boundaries. A dog's name can sit above or below the image if there is enough space. Check contrast on the selected hoodie color and review placement after changing the garment style.

Will the preview show where the photo prints? The online designer shows the selected product and supported placement. Review that preview and the product details before adding the hoodie to your cart.
What if the order is printed incorrectly? The store's print-error policy covers print and placement mistakes on our side. Send a photo within 30 days for a reprint or refund; customer-selected sizing, color and artwork are excluded.
