Custom Printed Polos in Lansing, MI
Planning custom printed polos for customer-facing staff and company teams in Lansing, MI? Start with the people who will use the product, the artwork and the need-by date. The Census place file lists Lansing at approximately 39 square miles of land. For a group based in the city and surrounding communities, a central handout can work, but confirm whether every participant can collect there. Keep delivery addresses separate from the location named in the artwork. Nearby communities such as East Lansing, Mason can be listed separately on the distribution roster if your group spans those areas. OneTapTee accepts project requests for this market; this page does not represent a local walk-in branch.

Choose the right custom printed polos for your group
Sport-Tek ST650 moisture-wicking polyester, JERZEES 443M cotton piqué, and CornerStone Workwear Pro polos provide distinct printed-logo options. The women’s Workwear Pro cut can accompany the group. Compare fabric texture, activity and fit instead of treating every polo as the same uniform. State clearly that the quote is for printing if you do not want stitching. Mixed printed and embroidered polos require separate approvals because the finished texture and artwork preparation differ.

Artwork and decoration for your Lansing order
Printed left-chest artwork suits detailed or multi-color logos, but small lettering still needs a legibility check. Preview the design inside the safe chest guide and compare its contrast on each polo color. If you are comparing a few gifts with a larger staff order, ask for both quantities in the same brief rather than assuming the same unit economics.
Plan distribution around Lansing
For an event in Lansing, ask whether parcels should reach an organizer’s address before setup or an approved receiving desk. For participants coming from East Lansing, Mason, assign one person to manage sizes and collection. Confirm venue receiving permission separately; do not assume an event address can accept unattended deliveries. For an order used across seasons, separate the indoor uniform from the optional outdoor layer. Keep the artwork consistent while letting wearers choose an appropriate sleeve length or sweatshirt. Confirm the season and event setting in the brief instead of ordering solely by appearance.
What to include in your custom printed polos request
Build your Lansing order brief with the exact product, decoration, color, quantities, destination ZIP codes and date needed in hand. Include the original logo or image and any fit preferences. If you are comparing a few gifts with a larger staff order, ask for both quantities in the same brief rather than assuming the same unit economics. Confirm the current quote and supported customization before buying; options and inventory can change, and a preview is an approval aid rather than a guarantee of exact screen-to-fabric color. Before approving, ask three questions: does the quote cover the chosen decoration, are all requested sizes or product variants available, and what happens if an artwork adjustment delays approval? For several recipients, confirm whether packaging and delivery are consolidated or separate. Those answers are more useful than a headline unit price alone.
